The Agios Serafim Solia Winery was founded by the Holy Hesychasterion of Saint Seraphim of Sarov in Skouriotissa. The first vines of the red varieties Shiraz and Grenache were planted in 2015, while today our vineyard has expanded and also includes the white native varieties Xynisteri, Morokanella and Vasilissa.

All our cultivations follow the principles of organic agriculture, and our wines will soon attain the organic certification.

The monks produce a limited quantity of high quality wine, following a combination of modern and traditional methods of winemaking, using French oak barrels for the stage of maturation.
